ShiningBeam.com offers the following Returns Policy:

Defective items are allowed to return within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact us with E-mail before return a product for exchange or refund.  Shipping fee is not refundable.  Remember to give us your order number and a brief description of the problem.

Once a return is authorized, have your order number written

Package lost policy:
Once the package is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the buyer.  We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

To avoid fraud, international buyer has $200 purchase limit via credit cards
ShiningBeam.com has the right to cancel orders that look suspicious.
